This is very alarming. This IS NOT an exercise for FEMA to practice disaster relief.
This page states very clearly that this exercise will "focus
exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident
response and recovery".
AND THEY ARE BRINGING FOREIGN TROOPS INTO OUR TOWNS AND CITIES TO TRAIN TO POLICE US. As stated in FEMA website, "This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia , Canada , Mexico and the United Kingdomin NLE 09."
Imagine, armed Mexican troops protecting us from "terrorism" in the United States ! Don't you feel safer already? ¿Dónde están sus documentos?
Rumors of foreign troops on our soil have been circulated for
a long time. BUT this is not a rumor. It is a blatant fact as stated by
FEMA on their government website. THIS IS AN INVASION.
During Katrina the federal government went in and disarmed
everyone, even law abiding citizens. Recently, Tennessee passed into law a bill that states that Tennessee residents undoubtedly have the right to keep and possess their firearms during martial rule. Why did they feel the need to do this? And what does it mean when our government is running martial law drills on a
nationwide scale?
We are told that this is just a training exercise. Should we believe that? Foreign troops in the Southwest sounds incredibly similar to what we learned, back in the 1980's, from undercover FBI agent Larry Grathwohl:

"They felt that this counter-revolution could best be guarded against by creating and establishing re-education centers in the Southwest, where we would take all of the people who needed to be re-educated into the new way of thinking and teach them how things were going to be. I
asked, well what is going to happen to those people that we can't re-educate
that are die-hard capitalists? The reply was that they would have to be
eliminated. When I pursued this further they estimated that they would have to

National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09)
National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) is scheduled for July 27 through July 31, 2009.
NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery.
NLE 09 is designated as a Tier I National Level Exercise. Tier I exercises (formerly
known as the Top Officials exercise series or TOPOFF) are conducted annually in
accordance with the National Exercise Program (NEP), which serves as the
nation's overarching exercise program for planning, organizing, conducting and
evaluating national level exercises. The NEP was established to provide the U.S.
government, at all levels, exercise opportunities to prepare for catastrophic
crises ranging from terrorism to natural disasters.
NLE 09 is a White House directed, Congressionally- mandated exercise that includes the participation of all appropriate federal department and agency senior
officials, their deputies, staff and key operational elements. In addition, broad regional participation of state, tribal, local, and private sector is anticipated. This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia , Canada , Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09. EXERCISE FOCUS NLE 09
will focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence and law
enforcement communities, and between international, federal, regional, state,
tribal, local and private sector participants.
The NLE
09 scenario will begin in the aftermath of a notional terrorist event outside
of the United States , and
exercise play will center on preventing subsequent efforts by the terrorists to
enter the United States
and carry out additional attacks. This scenario enables participating senior
officials to focus on issues related to preventing terrorist events
domestically and protecting U.S.
critical infrastructure.
NLE 09
will allow terrorism prevention efforts to proceed to a lo
gical end (successful
or not), with no requirement for response or recovery activities.
NLE 09
will be an operations-based exercise to include: activities taking place at
command posts, emergency operation centers, intelligence centers and potential
field locations to include federal headquarters facilities in the Washington
D.C. area, and in federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector
facilities in FEMA Region VI, which includes the states of Arkansas, Louisiana,
New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
EXERCISE
OBJECTIVES
Through a
comprehensive evaluation process, the exercise will assess prevention and
protection capabilities both nationally and regionally. Although NLE 09 is
still in the planning stages, the exercise is currently designed to validate
the following capabilities:
* Intelligence/ Information Sharing and Dissemination
* Counter-Terrorism Investigation and Law Enforcement
* Air, Border and Maritime Security
* Critical Infrastructure Protection
* Public and Private Sector Alert/Notification and Security Advisories
* International Coordination
VALIDATING
THE HOMELAND SECURITY SYSTEM
Exercises
such as NLE 09 are an important component of national preparedness, helping to build
an integrated federal, state, tribal, local and private sector capability to
prevent terrorist attacks, and rapidly and effectively respond to, and recover
from, any terrorist attack or major disaster that occurs.
The
full-scale exercise offers agencies and jurisdictions a way to test their plans
and skills in a real-time, realistic environment and to gain the in-depth
knowledge that only experience can provide. Participants will exercise
prevention and information sharing functions that are critical to preventing
terrorist attacks. Lessons learned from the exercise will provide valuable
insights to guide future planning for securing the nation against terrorist
attacks, disasters, and other emergencies.

Two watchman on the wall lookout across the horizon and see a massive
army approaching. One grabs the trumpet and raises it to his lips to warn
the people. The other says:
"Now, wait a minute. If you blow that trumpet you are going
to scare a lot of people. The people are asleep now. Would it not be better to
let them sleep peacefully until this army is actually inside the city killing
people, and setting the city on fire? The people are not
ready to hear about
this yet. This army has not killed anyone yet. Have they? What can the
people do about that army anyway? I think it would be better if we just
organize a study club to debate about the issues.

The day that foreign troops land on
American soil will be the beginning of a war, regardless of the
way, in which this has been described. Our sovereignty as a nation
will be under attack.
RESPONDING
TO COMMENTS ON FEMA international and federal troops
Some of the comment concerning this article focuses
on a semantic trick arising from the fact that the word "troops"
was not actually used on the FEMA web page. This is done, inspite of the fact
that the mission is defined as "will focus exclusively on terrorism
prevention and protection". Such a function cannot be performed
without armed force. Can we imagine a force for prevention and protection
made up of "observers and advisors".
This is clarified later as: "NLE 09 will focus on intelligence and
information sharing among intelligence and law enforcement communities, and between
international, federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector
participants."
The term "troops" includes both law enforcement and
military. Gestapo storm troopers were militarized police under the control
of the central government. It is amazing how easily all governments, including
our own, deceive people with semantics. The Korean war was called a
"pol
ice action". Our entry into Viet Nam was with "observers
and advisors".

Above is a transcript from March2nd 60 MINUTES. In brief, the Government
acknowledges that it has no control of the border. TONS of drugs and Millions
of ILLEGALS enter this country. TONS of cash and TONS of weapons leave this
country. They have no way of knowing how many "TERRORISTS" have
crossed (
IF there IS such a creature)
TWO things were of major interest:
(1) The Department of Homeland STUPIDITY acknowledges they have no control -
therefore, HOW are they going to protect you from TERRORISTS, if they cannot
stop gangbangers.
(2) The "head" of the Department of Homeland STUPIDITY (and others)
tries to blame YOUR right to keep and bear ARMS for the weapons going south.
The only trouble is ........ they showed and talked of MISSILES, HAND GRENADES,
BELT FED MACHINES GUNS. Those are weapons STOLEN FROM THE AMERICAN MILITARY.
They are not coming from the SEMI-auto Civilian world! They are direct from
your Military's ARMORIES. Not only can your Government NOT PROTECT the borders
... and YOU. The Government CANNOT HANG ON TO IT'S OWN WEAPONS!!! And then
they try to use THEIR failures to attack YOUR RIGHTS.
You all need to go out and get MORE guns, because this government cannot
protect you from ANYTHING. As a matter of fact, the police have NO
"obligation" to protect individuals (You OR your FAMILY). Their
purpose is to protect "society" (the government).
Do not believe me? Go research it, it has been "upheld" in many court
cases..

make things. If you can make things, you can break things. The ONLY way you/we
are going to bring this mess to heel is to break so many things that nothing
works any more and they HAVE to fix things right. So get out there and start

Until our legal system
eliminates the crooked judges/lawyers that twist/bend the laws to free
criminals we have no 2nd amendment.Punishmen t must be swift and just we cannot
afford to spend 50K perYR per inmate when sentences are dragged out for
years.Our system is laughed at by others.{ lived in those countries and
when
you are caught/guilty you pay the price CASE CLOSE NO BLEEDING HEARTS
proteting--Think the Steve McQueen movie PAPION a criminal run island where
they cannot escape and no expense to the country they came from--That should be our model

I have heard that people in the military and law enforcement are some the
easiest people to hypnotize..why? because they are udes to 'following orders'!

You are absolutely right, its an invasion and remember, obama signed a treaty about a week ago that mandates he provide all our census information and GPS mapping to FOREIGN TROOPS, WHY?????

I dont think it started at Waco or Ruby Ridge i believe it started at Jonestown in Guyana that many people didn't just commit suicide they were taken out by US forces.or at least that's a story i heard from a guy who was in the navy seals.
